Centered around the red Neapolitan wood-fired pizza oven, our expert culinary team peppers each menu item meticulously with their favorite seasonal ingredients. Our contemporary approach to American and Italian cooking reimagines time-honored classics, such as curated pizza, crisp seasonal tossed salads, a selection of sandwiches, and family-style sharing plates.
Our dough has been perfected with four simple ingredients… yes only four! The fermented crust is lighter and healthier than your average pizza, leaving you satisfied and light. This labor of love creates a chewy and crunchy texture with charred bubbles as a mark of a well-made pizza. Our pizza is cooked at 650 degrees in our open-air bar, where all can enjoy the show.
